Guests with an eligible Hilton Damara Spa Package reservation receive a $100 CAD spa credit per adult, per night of their qualifying stay.
Spa Package Terms & Conditions
- The spa credit is available only to guests with an eligible, non-refundable Hilton Damara Spa Package reservation.

Advance spa reservations are required and all appointments are subject to Damara Day Spa availability. Inclusion of spa credit with your hotel reservation does not guarantee spa appointment availability.
- Spa appointments must be booked directly with Damara Day Spa & Medical Aesthetics.
- The spa credit is valid only during the qualifying Hilton stay.
- Any unused spa credit is forfeited at the end of the stay and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, refunded or carried forward.
- The spa credit cannot be combined with or applied to any other Damara Day Spa discounts, promotional offers or special rates.
- A valid credit card is required to secure all spa appointments.
- Damara Day Spa’s standard cancellation and no-show policy applies to all spa appointments booked as part of the Hilton Damara Spa Package.
- Promotional spa credit applies to completed spa appointments only. In the event of a no-show, the promotional spa credit will not be applied.
- Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to Damara Day Spa’s applicable cancellation/no-show charges. These charges are separate from the Hilton Damara Spa Package and cannot be paid using the promotional spa credit.
- Following a completed spa appointment, the applicable spa charge will be posted to the guest’s Hilton room to allow the promotional spa credit to be processed.
- The Hilton Damara Spa Package is subject to applicable Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa and Damara Day Spa terms and availability.
Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure your spa reservation.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment may be made without charge.
Cancellations made within 2–24 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend the scheduled appointment (no-show), are subject to a 100% charge.
Promotional spa credit cannot be applied toward cancellation or no-show charges.
By booking and confirming a spa appointment under the Hilton Damara Spa Package, guests acknowledge and agree to the applicable terms and cancellation policy above.
We strongly recommend booking your spa treatments as early as possible to secure your preferred appointment times.
