Arrival & Check-In

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow enough time for check-in, completing any required forms, and preparing for your treatment.

If this is your first visit, please ensure your contact information and Health History Form are complete and accurate.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next guest.

Preparing for Your Treatment

Depending on your service, your therapist may review your preferences, areas of focus, pressure preference, sensitivities, allergies, injuries, medical considerations or other relevant information before beginning.

Please let your therapist know about anything that may affect your comfort or treatment.

During your service, we encourage you to communicate openly with your therapist regarding pressure, temperature, positioning, product sensitivity, music or general comfort. We are always happy to make reasonable adjustments to help you enjoy your experience.

What to Wear

Please come as you are. Your therapist will explain how to prepare for your specific treatment and will provide appropriate privacy and professional draping throughout applicable services.

For facial and body treatments, we recommend removing valuable jewellery before your appointment whenever possible.

Spa Environment & Etiquette

To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for everyone, we kindly ask that conversations be kept at a comfortable volume and mobile devices be placed on silent while in treatment and relaxation areas.

Please be respectful of other guests and our team so everyone can enjoy a calm, comfortable and welcoming spa experience.

Hilton Whistler Pool & Wellness Facilities

Guests with a treatment booked at Damara Day Spa Whistler receive access to Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa’s pool and wellness facilities as part of their spa visit.

We encourage you to allow some additional time before or after your treatment to relax and enjoy the available facilities.

Please check with our front desk team upon arrival for access instructions and information about the facilities available during your visit.

Parking

Please note that parking at Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa is limited and subject to availability.

If you wish to park at the Hilton, we recommend contacting Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa directly in advance to confirm current parking availability and rates.

Alternative parking options may be available nearby, including The Westin Resort & Spa Whistler, Whistler Conference Centre parking, and Whistler public parking Lots 1–4. Availability and rates for these parking options are determined by the respective parking operators.

We recommend allowing additional time for parking, particularly during weekends, holidays and peak Whistler periods, so you can arrive at the spa at least 15 minutes before your appointment.

Personal Belongings

We recommend bringing only the belongings you need for your visit and keeping valuables secure.

Please check that you have all personal items with you before leaving the spa.

Younger Guests

We are happy to welcome younger guests for suitable spa services.

Guests under the age of 18 require appropriate parent or legal guardian consent, and certain treatments may have additional age or suitability requirements.

If you are booking for a younger guest and are unsure whether a particular treatment is appropriate, please contact our team before booking and we will be happy to assist.

Couples, Groups & Multiple Appointments

If you are visiting with a partner, family or group, we recommend contacting us in advance so our team can help coordinate your appointments.

Appointments at the same time depend on therapist, treatment room, service and schedule availability and therefore cannot always be guaranteed.

Our team will be happy to find the best available arrangement for your visit.
