To ensure the best experience for all our guests, please take a moment to review our booking and spa policies before your visit.
Booking & Appointments
Online bookings are not confirmed until you receive a phone call or text message from our team verifying your service and appointment time.
Please ensure your contact information is accurate when booking. A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
New clients may be asked to provide credit card details upon scheduling.
Arrival & Check-In
We invite you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation before your treatment.
To help us serve you better, please complete your Health History Form in advance of your visit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).

No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service amount.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours is considered a cancellation and subject to the same policy.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed before applicable taxes (HST).
Pricing and service offerings are subject to change without prior notice to ensure the highest quality of care and experience.
Minor Client Policy
We welcome younger guests with care and attention to safety.
A parent or legal guardian must remain on the premises during all services.
Written consent is required before any treatment, along with completed Minor Client Intake and Parent/Guardian Consent Forms.
All records are stored securely in compliance with privacy regulations.
